Dolimer “Doli” Rodriguez is first generation Dominican-American passionate about ensuring that all students have access to any opportunity they desire. She was involved with mentoring and community development programs in her native city—The Bronx, NY—throughout her high school and college careers. Upon graduating from college, the lack of Latina STEM teachers she experienced throughout her academic career drove her to teach 6th-8th Grade mathematics at Cesar Chavez Academy-Denver.
In July 2017, Doli joined the Ed Fund team as the Project Manager for the Intel High Tech Pathways Initiative at McClymonds and Oakland Technical High School. She has managed and supported other collaborative efforts across Oakland through her public policy fellowship experiences at OUSD’s High School Linked Learning Office and the Oakland Promise.
