Julie’s 15-year international career in nonprofit fundraising and management includes positions at the Philharmonia Orchestra and the Design Museum in London; the Harry Potter Alliance; and Tandem, Partners in Early Learning, where she was the Development Director for six years. In 2019 she created her own consultancy helping nonprofits raise more funds, companies implement more social initiatives, and leaders be more effective. With a Ph.D. in Literature and experience as a 2015 New Leaders Council Fellow, a 2016 Leadership San Francisco Fellow, and as a 2019 Social Entrepreneurship Fellow with StartingBloc, she is a lifelong learner. She currently serves on the National Programs Committee for New Leaders Council, and on the Executive Board of the San Francisco Chapter of the Children’s Media Association.
