Teena Rodriguez

Teena Rodriguez joined the ED Fund as the Human Resources Manager in September of 2020. Teena is a professional with 20+ years of Human Resources management experience, having worked for a variety of small and large companies in the Bay Area. She is currently pursuing a Human Resources Management Degree so that she may continue to manage and lead others surrounding the workforce challenges we face today, and in the future.
Prior to joining the Ed Fund, Teena was the Operations and Human Resources Manager PRC, a San Francisco nonprofit organization, for over four years. In this role, she created polices and procedures, reduced benefits costs for the organization and its employees, as well as developed and implemented a volunteer training program for those who were re-entering the workforce.
Teena experienced first hand what it is to be a person of color, growing up in a one income family in the SF Bay Area. Teena has also suffered from her own personal hardships, and is a Hodgkin’s Lymphoma cancer survivor. It is due to these personal experiences that give her passion and strength, as well as the desire to assist those in need.
In her spare time Teena enjoys listening to music, going to the beach, and camping with family and friends every summer.
