Our Oakland School Volunteers program clears volunteers, matches educators with committed volunteers, hosts on-campus volunteer events, and manages the Adopt an Oakland School program that pairs local businesses with OUSD schools for a year of volunteer activities. We are the first stop for all parents, community members, and local businesses interested in volunteering in Oakland schools.
This past 2025-26 school year, we engaged with nearly every school in the District–dispatching volunteers, hosting events, or providing in-kind donations.
